Our recording methodology goes far beyond plugging a recorder into the soundboard. We capture isolated tracks for each microphone channel alongside a stereo program mix, providing maximum flexibility in post-production. If a panelist's microphone was too quiet during the live mix, we can re-balance it in the recorded version. We use professional multi-track recorders with redundant storage — typically mirrored solid-state drives — so no content is ever lost to a single point of failure.

After the event, our post-production team normalizes levels, removes low-frequency rumble, edits out dead air, and delivers polished files in your preferred format — WAV, MP3, AAC, or FLAC. We can segment a full-day recording into individual session files with proper metadata, making them ready for upload to your LMS, podcast host, or content library. For clients pursuing continuing education or CME credits, we provide time-stamped session recordings that meet accreditation body requirements.
