We build a presentation playback environment with primary and backup machines running the same content, ensuring instant failover if a hardware issue occurs.

On-site, we conduct structured rehearsals with each speaker. They walk the stage, test their microphone, view their slides on confidence monitors, practice with the teleprompter, and familiarize themselves with the lighting environment. Our stage manager coaches speakers on staging marks, camera awareness, and timing.
